Update 0.3.1

New content:

-All Agents will now have their own individual trophies. If you had global trophies before the update, all your previous trophies will be given to Samoradio

-We also added a new language: German. Note that not everything may be translated, or translated correctly

-Some UI changes

-We fixed the bug where your Shard upgrades didn't save after closing the game.
